HOW IT WORKS AND WHAT YOU NEED TO KEEP IN MIND

Classicpublication.com return and refund policy:

We do not accept any returns after 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Most items purchased from Classicpublication.com are returnable within 48 hours, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable.

If the product after is delivered is found defective, the buyer needs to notify us immediately by sending the image of the damaged product on WhatsApp (+91 9874435566) or by email (Classicpublication.com) within 2 days after product delivery and request for return.

General Returns Policy

Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you have received them in a condition that is physically damaged, have missing pages, pats or accessories, defective, or are different from their description on the product detail page on Classicpublication.com

Refunds will be processed only if:                                                       

it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;

the product is not different from what was shipped to you;

the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all the accessories therein).

Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of the product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

Based on your reason for return, there will be 2 options:

Replace: The product in your order will be replaced with an identical product in case it is damaged (broken or spoiled) or defective (has a functional problem that causes it not to work).

Refund: If the product of your choice is unavailable in your preferred size or color or model, or if it is out of stock, you may decide that you want your money back. In this scenario, you may choose to Refund to have your money returned to you. Your money refunded with 5 to 10 working day to your account.

Note: If you have received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 48 hours from the delivery of the product.

Please keep the item in its original condition for a successful return pick-up or you may return the product through any courier service.

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product before issuing a replacement.
